Issue

  • The NSM shelf has a voltage problem

Voltage thresholds by element:
[1] High critical: Unavailable; High warning: Unavailable
Low critical: Unavailable; Low warning: Unavailable
[2] High critical: 52 (26.0%); High warning: 40 (20.0%)
Low critical: 118 (59.0%); Low warning: 115 (57.5%)
[3] High critical: Unavailable; High warning: Unavailable
Low critical: Unavailable; Low warning: Unavailable
[4] High critical: 52 (26.0%); High warning: 40 (20.0%)
Low critical: 118 (59.0%); Low warning: 115 (57.5%)

  • Reseating the cables also results in the same error.
  • The shelf has been power cycled off and powered back on and the issue persists.
  • The NSM shelf physically has an amber LED on the back.
