EMS log shows scsitarget.hwpfct.mserr errors with reason code 0x9 and and response code 0x8001

 Example:

[Node-01: fct_tpd_work_thread_0: scsitarget.hwpfct.mserr:debug]: The Fibre Channel fabric management server request (GID_PT) sent from adapter 0e failed with reason code 0x9 (Server unable to perform operation), explanation code 0xa (Port type not registered), and response code 0x8001.
[Node-01: fct_tpd_work_thread_0: scsitarget.hwpfct.mserr:debug]: The Fibre Channel fabric management server request (GID_PT) sent from adapter 0f failed with reason code 0x9 (Server unable to perform operation), explanation code 0xa (Port type not registered), and response code 0x8001.
[Node-01: fct_tpd_work_thread_0: scsitarget.hwpfct.mserr:debug]: The Fibre Channel fabric management server request (GA_NXT) sent from adapter 0e failed with reason code 0x9 (Server unable to perform operation), explanation code 0x1 (Port id not registered), and response code 0x8001.
