Issue

  • Node down with mtutiple fan failed and can't boot up.

Apr 11 01:01:11 [node-1:monitor.shutdown.emergency:EMERGENCY]: Emergency shutdown: Environmental Reason Shutdown(Multiple fans failed)

  • SP reboot and FW upgrade can't resolve issue.
  • Motherboard reseat can't resolve issue.
  • SP-LATEST-IPMI show multiple sensor at abnormal status.
