Issue

Although SAS Host Adapter 0a is up, Shelf 1 is not recognized from SYSCONFIG-A
 
slot 0: SAS Host Adapter 0a (PMC-Sierra PM8001 rev. C, SAS, <UP>)

    Shelf 0: DS2126  Firmware rev. IOM6E A: 0172  IOM6E B: 0172   
 
Shelf 1 is recognized by SAS Host Adapter 0b.
