EMERGENCY Controller failover of node_name is not possible. Unsynchronized log

Issue

  • EMS Emergency message:
[monitor: monitor.globalStatus.critical:EMERGENCY]: Controller failover of node_name_2 is not possible: unsynchronized log.
[cf_main: cf.fsm.takeoverOfPartnerDisabled:error]: Failover monitor: takeover of NodeA disabled (unsynchronized log).
[cf_main: cf.fsm.takeoverByPartnerDisabled:error]: Failover monitor: takeover of NodeB by NodeA disabled (unsynchronized log).
[ib_cm_wq: nvmm.mirror.aborting:debug]: mirror of sysid 1, partner_type HA Partner and mirror state MIRROR_ONLINE is aborted because of reason Abort Pending.
  • This is a transient issue not persistent. 
  • Storage failover is enabled.
  • System Health is fine and no Health Alerts present.
  • Flapping interconnect link issue in both nodes:
