Answer

IPspace is a container for ports, subnets, and SVMs that serve data.

The IPspace can be specified when creating vserver, you cannot change the IPspace after you create vserver.

Vserver can only associate with one IPspace, you cannot change the existing lif of the vserver to another IPspace.
