Disks are 10000 RPM, but they are shown as 15000 RPM in "sysconfig -r"

Issue

The disk speed is 10000 RPM, but in "sysconfig -r", some disks are shown as 15000 RPM.

Example:

Aggregate aggr01 (online, raid_dp) (block checksums)
Plex /agg01/plex0 (online, normal, active, pool0)
RAID group /aggr01/plex0/rg0 (normal, block checksums)
