  • Issue is not resolved by attempting the following
    • Reseating the drives
    • Moving the drives to a vacant slot in the shelf
    • Performing a forced takeover / giveback
    • Power cycling the shelf
    • Replacing the motherboard of the node that cannot see the drives
    • Replacing the chassis
