Issue

  • The shelf front warning LED is blinking.
  • EMS Log shows  Cooling Fan and Temperature Sensor Not Installed Warning.

[ses.status.fanWarning:notice]: DS212-12 (S/N *****) shelf 1 on channel 0b cooling fan warning for Cooling element 1: not installed. This module is on the rear of the shelf on the lower left power supply.
[callhome.shelf.fan.warn:error]: Call home for SHELF COOLING UNIT FAILED
[ses.status.temperatureWarning:alert]: DS212-12 (S/N ****) shelf 1 on channel 0b temperature warning for Temperature sensor 6: not installed. Current temperature:  C ( F). This module is on the rear of the shelf on the lower left power supply.

  • ENVIRONMENT log shows multiple sensors are Unavailable.
