Both nodes rebooted abruptly due to system input power lost

Issue

  • Both nodes experienced simultaneous reboots .
  • After reboot, both nodes were able to start up successfully.
  • Other devices in the same rack did not experience issues.
  • Both PSUs are connected to separate PDUs.
  • After replacing the 2-head MB, the problem still occurs.
  • Node console output shows that node reboots due to "Power Fail" error.
