"All Path Down" occurs on ifgrp even the network ports are physically linkup

Issue
- Network ports are physically linkup but "All Path Down" occurs on ifgrp:a0a(e0a,e0b,e0c,e0e).
- Link down/up events are reported repeatedly on switch side which is connected to e0a & e0b port.
- Ifgrp a0a is working fine with e0c & e0e port when the cables are pulled out from e0a & e0b port.
