Issue

All FC ports from all nodes of Cluster connecting to SAN switches get scsitarget.hwpfct.mserr at same time 
Fri Oct 07 20:52:20 CST [A700-01: fct_tpd_work_thread_0: scsitarget.hwpfct.mserr:debug]: The Fibre Channel fabric management server request (GA_NXT) sent from adapter 10a failed with reason code 0x9 (Server unable to perform operation), explanation code 0x1 (Port id not registered), and response code 0x8001.
