Aggregates display as foreign after performing a head swap

Description

When performing a head swap, after disk reassign, aggregates might report the following error messages and display as 'foreign':

[localhost:raid.assim.tree.foreign:error]: raidtree_verify: Aggregate aggr2 is a foreign aggregate and is being taken offline. Use the 'aggr online' command to bring it online.
