After replacing MB in the Partial giveback status, the disk cannot be recognized with the "disk show -v" command

Issue

A node (node01) causes PANIC below and is taken over by the partner node (node00).

Example of console log:

Giveback doesn't work and node01 stops again.

After the failed giveback, the system appears as partial giveback status like the following.

Example of cluster shell:

After replacing MB of node01 in that state, "disk show -v" in maintenance mode doesn't show any disks.

Example:

*> disk show -v Local System ID: 987654321

disk show: No disks attached to system.

ONTAP is unable to be started up with "boot_ontap" due to "No root volume found" and continues rebooting.

Example:

Storage Adapters found: 0 Fibre Channel Storage Adapters found! 4 SAS Adapters found! 0 Parallel SCSI Storage Adapters found! 0 ATA Adapters found!

add host 127.0.10.1***OS2SP configure e0S successfully*** : gateway 127.0.20.1

Select option 4 from the boot menu to choose disks for the root volume and spare core space. Target Adapters found: 4 Fibre Channel Target Adapters found! 0 iSCSI Target Adapters found!

WARNING: there do not appear to be any disks attached to the system. No root volume found. Rebooting... (press ctrl-c during boot to break reboot loop) Uptime: 1m54s System rebooting...
