After power cycle, system fails to boot with KCS error during POST

Issue

  • Both nodes of the same HA storage system are powered off during maintenance activity
  • When powered on, Node 02 is able to boot up normally
  • Node 01 fails to boot and stops at the LOADER prompt (as seen on the serial console)
  • Console output shows the following during the boot sequence prior to stopping at LOADER:
Boot Loader version 6.5.8
