Issue

  • One of the two nodes in the cluster generates a hourly autosupport;
    HA Group Notification (CHASSIS FAN FRU FAILED: Fan X) ERROR
  • EMS report logs similar to the bellow; 
    env_mgr: callhome.c.fan.fru.fault:error]: Call home for CHASSIS FAN FRU FAILED: Fan 5
env_mgr: monitor.chassisFan.stop:error]: Chassis fan contains at least one stopped fan: Fan 5 (0 RPM)
  • The fan has already been replaced and the errors continues
