ACP firmware download fails due to "Could not install new microcode on ACPP firmware"

Issue

When attempting to update the ACP firmware on an IOM6 module, following error is observed:

acp.fw.download.failed: Firmware download on 11b.29.B (NA) failed with status (Could not install new microcode on ACPP firmware), (disk shelf serial number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).
