Wrong mediator software installation caused MAUSO to fail

Issue

The MAUSO failed

event logs show the errors bellow

[Clus_siteb:fmmbx_instanceWorke: iscsi.session.stateChanged:notice]: iSCSI session state ischanged to Paused for the target iqn.2012-05.local:mailbox.target.x:x:x (type:mailbox, address:x.x.x.x). Reason: Kernel initiated pause.

[Clus_siteb:fmmbx_instanceWorke: iscsi.session.stateChanged:notice]: iSCSI session state ischanged to Paused for the target iqn.2012-05.local:mailbox.target.x:x:x (type:mailbox, address:x.x.x.x). Reason: Kernel initiated mediator blink.  

[Clus_siteb: cf_worker:cf.mccip.med.auso.stDisabled:error]: Automatic switchover disabled: Mediatormailbox disk not healthy.

[Clus_siteb: cf_worker:callhome.mccip.auso.disabled:alert]: Callhome for MEDIATOR DOWN, AUSO DISABLED.

[Clus_siteb: cf_worker:mcc.config.auso.stDisabled:error]: The state of Automatic Unplanned Switchovercapability has been disabled.

 In a few seconds it reconnects itself but not able to perform Switchover.

[Clus_siteb: clock:iscsi.session.stateChanged:notice]: iSCSI session state is changed to Reconnecting for the target iqn.2012-05.local:mailbox.target.x:x:x (type:mailbox, address: 10.35.8.2). Reason: Kernel initiated resume.

[Clus_siteb: iscsid:iscsi.session.stateChanged:notice]: iSCSI session state is changed to Connected for the target iqn.2012-05.local:mailbox.target.x:x:x  (type: mailbox,address: x.x.x.x).
