Issue

  • Recurring autosupports are triggered titled MEDIATOR DOWN, AUSO DISABLED
  • From EMS logs we see automatic switchover disabled due to mediator mailbox disk not healthy:
    Wed Oct 08 12:13:55 +0600 [node-01: cf_worker: cf.mccip.med.auso.stDisabled:error]: Automatic switchover disabled: Mediator mailbox disk not healthy.
    Wed Oct 08 12:13:55 +0600 [node-01: cf_worker: callhome.mccip.auso.disabled:alert]: Callhome for MEDIATOR DOWN, AUSO DISABLED.
  • Mediator connection status shows as false:
