vserver migrate is Failing with Error:

Using a Pre-8.2 Snapshot Copy is Not Supported by This Operation

Error: command failed: Snapshot copy "snapshot-x" of volume "vol" was created
with a version of ONTAP that is 8.2 or earlier. Snapshot copies created with
versions 8.2 or earlier are not supported for Vserver migrate
