When configuring the cluster peer for SnapMirror the cpeer.psk.cluster.revoked error occurred

Issue
- When setting up a SnapMirror cluster peer relationship between two clusters, the following error occurred:
2/11/2025 18:45:49 XXX ERROR cpeer.psk.cluster.revoked: ONTAP received a TLS request to authenticate with the pre-shared key of remote cluster XXX, but the relationship with the remote cluster has been revoked by the administrator of this cluster. The request was sent from address XXX in IPspace Default.- However, no such revocation action has been taken, and the cluster peer settings appear to be correctly registered.
- Additionally, the following log was recorded in the environment before the issue occurred.
