Unable to delete peer relationship with other cluster

Issue

When attempting peer deletion the following error occurs:

::> cluster peer delete -cluster cluster1
Error: command failed: Unable to delete peer relationship.
Reason: Vserver peering relationships exist with the cluster. Delete the Vserver peering relationships to proceed.
