Some volume sizes are less than actual after breaking SnapMirror relationship

Issue

Command volume show indicates Filesystem Size and Available Size as smaller sizes compared to Volume Size
 
Example:

::> volume show -vserver <SVM_NAME> -volume <VOLUME_NAME>

              Vserver Name: <SVM_NAME>
               Volume Name: <VOLUME_NAME>
               Volume Size: 1TB
            Available Size: 83.43GB
           Filesystem Size: 690GB
                 Used Size: 537.6GB
