SnapMirror reports 'Snapshot copy already exists on the destination volume' when transferring

Issue

When SnapMirror completes transfer, the following error is reported;

Snapshot copy with the name "[snapmirror.snapshot-info...]" already exists on destination volume "dest_svm:dest_vol".
