SnapMirror protect command fails to create SnapMirror relationship

Issue

snapmirror protect fails to create SnapMirror relationship with error:

Example:
 
Cluster::*> snapmirror protect -path-list SVM1:volume1 -policy XDPDefault -destination-vserver SVM2 -destination-volume-suffix _dst
[Job xxx] Job is queued: snapmirror protect for list of source endpoints beginning with "SVM1:volume1".
 
 
Failed to identify aggregate on which to create volume "volume1". (No eligible aggregate to place the volume. Make sure that a non-root, non-taken-over, non-snaplock, non-composite aggregate with enough free space exists at the destination cluster. If aggr-list is configured for the Vserver make sure that an eligible aggregate is present in that list. Verify that the number of volumes is less than the supported maximum on the nodes in the destination cluster.)
