SnapMirror fails to enable "-snapshot-locking-enabled" on the destination volume

Issue

When attempting to replicate a source volume with snapshot-locking-enabled to a destination volume residing on a FabricPool aggregate with any tiering policy other than “none”, SnapMirror initialization fails with the following error:
 
Transfer failed.(Failed to set "-snapshot-locking-enabled" to true on SnapMirror destination since the destination volume has tiering policy other than "none".
