Issue

SVM DR replication is failing after creating a FlexGroup on the source SVM even if there is enough space on the CVO destination's aggregates.

Transfer Error: Failed to apply the source Vserver configuration. Reason: Cannot create FlexGroup volume "flexgroup" in Vserver "SVM-dp" because there is not enough space on valid aggregates. The maximum number of constituents that can be added is 0.
