SVM DR hangs in Transferring state and reports unhealthy with error "Volume busy"

Issue

  • SVM DR shows transferring with no progress and is unhealthy

            Even after checking multiple times, Total Progress still shows stuck at the same size (2.24GB). 

  • An error can be seen when expanding the individual transfers using "-expand":

  • EMS messages are similar to:

[<node_name>: vv_config_worker14: wafl.config.req.error:debug]: Config request 'VV_CONFIG_REQ_SET_INFO' by WAFL for volume <volume_UUID> is not being processed because of the error: '33 - CR_BEING_USED'.
