SVMDR reverse resync or resync fail with error No space left on device

Issue
- SVMDR failover testing fails during resync with errors stating "No space left on device"
- Error string in Snapmirror Audit logs includes:
status=Failure message=Failed to start transfer for Snapshot copy "vserverdr.2.c656c098-a77a-11e9-b9f7-00a098fd4512.2025-05-24_235020".(Failed to start transfer.(Filesystem error(No space left on device)))
- EMS logs report errors as follows:
