SVM-DR initialize failed with error:

Last Transfer Error: Failed to apply the source Vserver configuration. Reason: Apply failed for Object: publickey_ui Method: baseline. Reason: The public key cannot be associated with user "bsharath" on Vserver "users_new" because a login method using the "ssh" application and "publickey" authentication method does not exist for this user.
