FlexGroup SnapMirror fails to recreate after deletion

Issue

After deleting a snapmirror relationship, re-creating the same relationship fails with:

Error: command failed: Relationship information for another SnapMirror relationship using the same volume as the new relationship is being removed. Wait a few minutes, then try the operation again. If issue persists, contact support personnel for assistance.
