"Failed to create Vserver relationship" occurring creating an SVM-DR relationship

Issue

When attempting to create an SVM-DR relationship using the following product doc:

The following error is experienced:

"Error: command failed: Failed to create Vserver relationship information. Reason: Source Vserver "<vserver name>"

is in an msid preserving DR relationship, but the specified destination Vserver was created earlier than ONTAP 9.0, and so does not support an msid preserving relationship. All the relationships must be of the same type. Delete and re-create the destination Vserver, and then try the command again."
