Answer

  • No,existing volumes, including those already moved to a specific aggregate, are not affected by the removal of that aggregate from the aggr-list.
  • Once a volume is created or moved, its relationship with the aggregate is established, and the aggr-list no longer governs its operation.
  • Removing an aggregate from the aggr-list does not affect the operation of SnapMirror for existing volumes.
  • For new volumes created by SnapMirror replication, the destination aggregate is selected based on the current aggr-list configuration.
