Cannot modify a SnapMirror relationship that has been DataLocked

Issue

When attempting to modify a SnapMirror relationship's policy, the following error occurs preventing the desired change

::> snapmirror modify -destination-path cloud_SVM:/objstore/dst_vol -policy TestCBS-60-Day-Locked
Error: command failed: The policy associated with the SnapMirror relationship cannot be changed because the value of the Snapshot Lock Mode field in the original policy does not match the value of the Snapshot Lock Mode field in the new policy.
