Although the source and destination volumes are the same size in SnapMirror, the transfer fails with "no space left on device."

  • Both the source and destination volumes have usage rates exceeding 99%.
  • Snapshot usage is low.
  • The same snapshot reserve is configured on both the source and destination.
  • The reason for the transfer failure is: "Transfer failed. (Volume access error (No space left on device))."
