After moving source volume the snapmirror started failing with error Volume is not known or has been moved

Issue

  • Source volume of a snapmirror was moved to a another aggregate.
  • After that the sapmirror scheduled updates started failing with error:

Failed to get volume attributes for svm-uuid:source-vol-name. (Volume location not found. Either the system is busy or the peer cluster is not Available. Wait a few minutes and try the operation again. If the volume is on a remote cluster, before retrying the operation, use the "cluster peer show" command to check the availability.)

Failed to get volume attributes for svm-uuid:source-vol-name.(Volume is not known or has been moved))
