Issue

When using snapshot create with -snaplock-expiry-time, the + and - modifiers do not work as expected.

Usage:

[-snaplock-expiry-time {MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS [{+|-}hh:mm] | infinite}]

Example:

When using the optional + or - modifiers with the time argument, the + modifier seems to subtract time from the defined HH:MM:SS, while the - modifier adds time.

Example:

snapshot create "test_snapshot" -snaplock-expiry-time -5m -vserver svm1_cluster1 -snapshot test1'

Error: "-5m" is an invalid value for field "-snaplock-expiry-time <"MM/DD/YYYYHH:MM:SS [{+|-}hh:mm] | infinite">"
