Issue

  • After upgrading from an earlier ONTAP release to ONTAP 9.7 - ONTAP 9.7P7, NDMP backup jobs take longer to complete
  • For clusters with a large number of simultaneous jobs, there may be more queued jobs after the upgrade
  • After the upgrade, NDMP backup performance is generally reduced, relative to performance before the upgrade
