EMS message 'LUN.vol.proc.problem: VDOM error 13'

Issue

  • LUN is unable to be mounted after Commvault completed NDMP transfer
  • Following EMS messages are seen ONTAP attempts to mount the LUN:
Sat Mar 27 21:21:45 CDT [NETAPP01: VdomFSMThr_12: LUN.vol.proc.problem:debug]: Processing for LUNs in volume VOL01 (DSID 1403) failed due to VDOM error 13 (event:19, state:0, current context: 0).
  • Following message found in BACKUP.GZ
Sat Mar 27 21:21:45 CDT 2021 /svm01/VOL01/ Warning (can't mark base as LUN: ./LUN01.lun_ntstreams_0300000/attributes: Not at a qtree root
