Volumes page does not load in System Manager, spins forever

Issue

  • Volumes page doesn't load at all in ONTAP System Manager
  • Settings page also experiences same issue
  • Other pages load fine
  • It is possible to see a list of volumes in the appropriate tab when viewing a Tier, but trying to click any of the volumes to view their page spins the same way
  • In all instances, the browser dev console reports an error such as the following:
    • ERROR|osm4|1623231627638|Wed Jun 09 2021,12:41:39.938||The application faced an error. See log file for more details. main.613b586a5913e8baab0d.js:1:2709068
