Issue

  • Cannot access OnCommand System Manager after ONTAP upgrade
  • System Manager (OnBox, hosted by cluster) is inaccessible using a web browser with generic network timeout error
  • SSH to the cluster CLI works
  • SSL certificate authentication for the cluster is found to be disabled
  • The apache.error log will report the following error for the cluster admin vserver.

[Wed Feb 15 15:10:24.940031 2023 +0000] [ssl:warn] [pid xxxxx:tid 343857xxxxx] [client 10.7.1.xxx:xxxxx] [vserver 4294xxxxx] SSL is not configured for this vserver
