ONTAP System Manager constantly refreshes after registering with AIQ

Issue
- After logging into System Manager and registering System Manager with Active IQ (AIQ), System Manager begins to constantly refresh.
- This can begin as shortly as a few hours after registration, or can occur on logging in on subsequent days.
- This may be observed only on the Dashboard, Settings, Support pages.
- When reviewing the logs, messages such as the ones below are seen in
sysmgr.log:
