Issue

  • After manually cloning a snapshot and mounting a LUN using ONTAP System Manager, attempting to online the cloned disk fails with:

  • The cloned disk has a red offline icon next to it:
Disk Offline Red Icon.png
  • Disk(s) with duplicate Guid found when running Get-Disk | Group-Object Guid | Where-Object Count -gt 1 in Windows PowerShell command line
