Creating new local tier in System Manager results in mixed disk sizes being used that were not selected in the UI

Issue

When creating a local tier (aggregate) via System Manager web UI and selecting clipboard_eee0b15b9d4ed2370c605e2b8325df6bb.png, the resulting aggregate can potentially contain other disks that were not selected in the disk type dropdown.
