Cannot see Ethernet ports in Group view in System Manager

Issue
- When browsing on Network > Ethernet Ports page, under Group view, Ethernet ports are not visible
- The following error appears:
The system could not connect to the server because of network issues. Wait for some time and then refresh the browser.
- The condition is that the login to System Manager is done via the host name and not the IP address
