Issue

When creating a CIFS share included a multibyte character via the new experience of System Manager, the following error is displayed.

Only "a" to "z", "A" to "Z", "0" to "9", exclamation mark (!), at sign (@), hash (#), dollar sign ($), percent (%), ampersand (&), apostrophe ('), underscore (_), hyphen (-), period (.), tilde (~), left braces ({, and right braces )} are allowed.
