Answer

No, the callhome.management.log event is hard coded by the Engineering Team and cannot be changed to prevent callhome.mangement.log event messages within ONTAP System Manager.

Additional Information

You can disable the AutoSupport message for individual triggers or disable Autosupports all together.

  • To disable Autosupport messages for individual triggers
::> system node autosupport trigger modify -node <node_name> -autosupport-message <autosupport_trigger> -to disable
 
  • To disable autosupports
    • When AutoSupport is disabled, messages are not sent to anyone, including the vendor’s technical support, your internal support organization, or partners.
::> autosupport modify -node <node_name> -state disable
