Can't create aggregates in mixed NVE/non-NVE Cluster from System Manager

Issue

When a cluster has a mix of nodes that support NVE and nodes that do not support NVE you cannot create an aggregate using the GUI.
 
Error: This volume is hosted on nodes which does not support volume encryption.
