Currently, there is not an endpoint for this command. In 9.11, we have changed the security login REST endpoint to automatically configure web services for “sysmgr” and “security”. As a workaround, you can use the following REST CLI passthrough.
 
POST /api/private/cli/vserver/services/web/access
