"osc.bucket.notFound" errors reported after deleting the FabricPool bucket

Issue

The following errors are reported after the FabricPool and the local tier were deleted:
 
Mon Jul 18 12:19:20 -0700 [Node-07: OscLowPriThreadPool: osc.bucket.notFound:error]: Bucket or container "Node-09-FabricPool" not found on object-store server SGFabricPool.com when performing PUT operation.
Mon Jul 18 12:18:59 -0700 [Node-08: OscLowPriThreadPool: osc.bucket.notFound:error]: Bucket or container "Node-09-FabricPool" not found on object-store server SGFabricPool.com when performing PUT operation.
Mon Jul 18 12:17:56 -0700 [Node-09: OscLowPriThreadPool: osc.bucket.notFound:error]: Bucket or container "Node-09-FabricPool" not found on object-store server SGFabricPool.com when performing PUT operation.
Mon Jul 18 12:18:17 -0700 [Node-10: OscLowPriThreadPool: osc.bucket.notFound:error]: Bucket or container "Node-09-FabricPool" not found on object-store server SGFabricPool.com when performing PUT operation.
